October 1997 was a busy month at La Manga Club. As well as tournaments for AC Nielsen, Audi, BSkyB, Catalan Occidente and Warranty Holdings, there was the La Manga Club Celebrity Classic coinciding with the 25th Anniversary Celebrations of LMC, led by Lord Sterling.
